This Thursday, July 20: Full Marching Band Practice & Band Camp Meeting
This practice includes everyone in our ensemble. If you are receiving this email, that means that your child is on the roster and planned for attendance.
We will do some rehearsal prep for band camp and end the night with a full student meeting about band camp.
5:30-8:30 at Anderson High School
If your child is out of town for this practice, please email Matt Gaal or Joe Wesche so attendance notes can be made.
CAMP INFORMATION
Our camp is next week. There is an incredible amount of planning and coordination that has gone into ensuring we have our 200+ students together and ready to learn our Fall show, have a good time and start our season on a great path. Attendance at these rehearsal days is required.
Parental help with having students arrive on time each day is greatly appreciated.

Band Camp Week 1: July 24-28. 9:00-4:00
Band Camp Week 2: July 24-August 4. 9:00-4:00 & 6:00-9:00
We will be sending information to Parents & Students throughout the marching band season through the use of Remind. You can join this messaging service by simply sending a text message or downloading the app. Please be sure that all parents & students have joined their Remind group.

'23 Calendar
The only calendar the band directors are currently using is the program’s google calendar linked from the website. The sheet version is no longer being utilized, as it was an original source of dates sent out last winter/spring for planning and all information has been moved to the online calendar.
