Students: Please download the Student Square app and log in. Everyone should be in the Marching Band group already. Please set your notifications to allow for immediate alert so you can stay up on information the director team is pushing out.

Booster Meeting
This is going to be a long update this week with lots of things happening right now in the band world to make sure you are up to speed.
Next Band Booster Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 7th in the THS Band Room 6:30pm.
Fall Fundraiser
The Fall Fundraiser is up and running now through October 15th. This is one of the biggest fundraisers for the Band Programs with all grades 5-12 taking part. Any questions please follow up with Melissa Royse.
Band Expo
Program Ads and Trophy Sponsorships
Signup to sponsor a trophy for the Band Expo is up and there are still a lot of great trophies needing sponsors. If you would like to sponsor as a family, or know a business that would like to sponsor a trophy you can do so easily online.
Program ads are also available. Buying a personal ad for the Band Expo Program is a great way to give your student a personalized shoutout. Order now to secure your spot, we can assist with design. DEADLINE IS 10/8.
Stay Tuned for Band Expo Volunteer Pages to Launch by Tuesday, September 30th.
Friday night the Full Band will perform at the Turpin/Anderson FB Game. More help with popcorn sales and uniforms is needed if anyone is available. Signup on the volunteer page of the website.
Saturday we will be heading east to compete at the Northwest Marching Mohawk Invitational. More help needed for chaperone and uniforms, you can sign up on the volunteer page.
Parking- Please enter from the middle school and follow directions on where to go from our designated parking guides. Handicap parking is available in front of the middle school. Tickets- $5 for students, $10 for adults, 5 and under are free!, Programs are $5. Concessions will be available on site. Color Guard will be hosting a bake sale as well. Event will take cash or card!
There is still a limited supply of show shirts available for purchase $15/ea. If you would like a show shirt please reach out to Amy Heise
Senior Banners
Senior banners are up in the stadiums!!!! The FH Band Boosters ask senior families to help cover the cost - $25 check made payable to Forest Hills Band or use the Booster PayPal Link (include a note stating it is for the senior banner). Checks can be turned in to Mr. Gaal or you can bring it to the Sept. 2 Booster Meeting. Banners will go home with students after the fall season wraps up.
