New Orleans Trip Meeting
We will be hosting a virtual trip meeting on August 26th @ 6:30 This meeting will cover initial questions and information regarding our travels. A recording of the meeting will be shared afterwards for those who are unable to log on at that time.
Chaperones- Please help us meet the need by signing up today! Being a chaperone gives you free entry into the event, while supporting our students who get to know your smiling face. Counting, taking attendance, riding a bus, and carrying a trash bag so we leave our stands in good shape sums up the tasks!
*If you have not completed the district background check process within the past 5 years, please check out the link on the web page to begin the process. Uniforms- Due to the unique nature of our combined program, each instrumentalist actually has two uniforms - the full Forest Hills uniform that we wear for combined performances and the school specific uniforms that we wear for separate football games. Help is needed at Anderson this week and more info will be sent about completing this process!
Prop Wranglers- Please sign up to help with those soon-to-be-wrapped scaffolds on wheels here. We need 6 volunteers per competition. Don’t worry about missing out on the show, Prop Wrangler duties are before and after performances!
Spirit Wear- Spirit wear sales help us raise the funds we need to support the band. Please sign up for a spot for this important task. Each shift lasts no more than one hour!
